One Day Refresher-Class

This One-to-One training class will be tailor made to your needs.

Tanmaya offers free assessment to understand your requirements and will put a personal teaching programme for you together.

The Content comprises of:

R1 degree teaching content and practise:

• Repeating and practising all Reiki hand positions (treating self and others),
• Self treatment positions, special treatment sequences for Morning & Evening treatment (short treatments)

R2 degree teaching content and practise:

• Repeating and practising of the three Reiki symbols (their meaning & usage)
• Repeating Self Mental Healing & Distant Healing procedures

You will receive the Reiki Second Degree Initiation and Empowerment with the original three Reiki Symbols. Tanmaya will cover the content from her Reiki First & Second Degree Manuals and will answer all your questions.

The flavour of meditation is kept throughout the training day and will support your individual process.

Duration: 1 Day / From 10.00am to 18.00 pm. (lunch break > 1.5 hrs. & tea times)
Costs: € 750 / £ 650

This includes:

• Teaching Material: First & Second Degree Manuals
• Reiki Certificate
• One guided healing treatment CDs of Tanmaya
• One free Reiki healing session with Tanmaya (the day before)
